Sentry Tournament of Champions Golf Live Online

The PGATour season-opening tournament Sentry Tournament of Champions will commence from 2-5 January 2025 and will take place at Kapalua Resort (The Plantation Course), Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii. In 1953 the competition was established; in the past calendar, the tournament field consists of limited golf players who have won the competition. It was the first tournament that was held every season on tour from 1986 to 2013. The PGA Tour changed to its all-around season in the fall of 2013 (the competition starts in September and concludes in August).

The Sentry Tournament of Champions started in the first week of January and has been played on the plantation course at the Kapalua Resort near Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, since 1999. Unlike most PGA Tour tournaments, it is a par-73 course.

The PGA Tour announced that the 2022 tournament field was increased, consisting of 30 players who have qualified for the 2020 Tour Championship as well as the 2020 scheduled event champions. The changes were made after ten events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
