PGA TOUR Champions Fixtures 2021

 

Today, PGA TOUR Champions declared its 2021 schedule, which includes 25 tournaments. The season starts with the event Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai in January and will conclude with the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs in November. The Champions Tour will play all tournaments in Canada, England, and 19 States with a total purse of $55 million and above.

The Mitsubishi Electric Championship will take place at Hualalai from 17-23 January 2021 with two new events. The Ascension Charity Classic originally scheduled to be held in 2020, but because of a pandemic, it was canceled. Its long-awaited opening event will be held at Norwood Hills Country Club in St. Louis from September 6th to 12th.

The FURYK & FRIENDS was canceled in the 2020 schedule it will take place at Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida from October 4th to 10th. The host of the event Jim Furyk, along with Steve Stricker and Jerry Kelly as players that host competitions on PGA TOUR Champions.

The 14 PGA TOUR Champions events were canceled in the 2020 calendar because of the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to maintain the competitive integrity of the Charles Schwab Cup, the PGA Tour champions merged the 2020 and 2021 seasons to form a single 2020-21 season. The 2020-21 season features a total of 40 events, 15 events from 2020 and 25 events in 2021.
