The Joburg Ladies Open is a professional golf tournament for women that takes place in Johannesburg, South Africa. It has been a Sunshine Ladies Tour fixture in Southern Africa since 2015, and it will be co-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour beginning in 2022.

In 2022, the Ladies European Tour added prestige to Johannesburg's best sports event. Linn Grant of Sweden defeated Kim Metraux by five strokes in 2022.
